Troubleshooting

Refer to the following LED indicators to troubleshoot the module.

Expansion Status Indicator

LED Indicator: Status:

Solid Green/On • Passed internal diagnostics

• Communication over bus

• Analog converter and MPU operating properly

Flashing Red Recoverable fault (no communication)

Solid Red Unrecoverable fault (Hardware error)

Off None of the above conditions is true

Expansion Power Indicator

LED Indicator: Status:

Solid Green Module powered

Off Module not powered

Input Channel Status Indicator

LED Indicator: Status:

Solid Green/On Input channel operating properly

Flashing Red Input channel overrange or open wire @ 4-20mA current mode

Off Neither of the above conditions is true
