The BHPrompt table contains data pertaining to prompt events.
The recipe column allows prompts and their responses to be
matched for determination of time differences. This table provides
storage of essential prompt data and allows prompt data to be linked
to a given batch and/or phase. Each prompt record is linked to only
one batch and/or phase record.
