You can check the remaining allotted memory available for these features.
To do this:
• Pick Env. → Config. Output to access the Config. Output menu.
• Pick the “help” icon to display the help message.
Two types of memory are listed in the help message:
• RAM available: This is the amount of memory remaining in RAM (the
working configuration).
• Archive available: This projects the amount of internal or card memory
which would remain available if the current working configuration were
saved to internal storage, or to a configuration storage card.
If either the RAM or Archive memory is depleted, further menu modification
or serial port / viewport and string creation will not be allowed.
Memory Usage: Each defined serial port or viewport defined requires 46
bytes of memory. In addition, each serial port or viewport string used
requires 58 bytes of memory.
