Gets the size of memory necessary to store the contents of a data item in
control coprocessor format.

unsigned DTL_SIZE (name_id, size)
unsigned name_id;
unsigned *size;
Parameters
name_id
The handle returned by DTL_C_DEFINE when the data item
was defined.
size
Size (in bytes) required for the data item that is returned. Zero is
returned if the data item is undefined.
