5. Click OK.
To specify the directory location on application computers
1. Select Start > All Programs > Rockwell Software > FactoryTalk Tools > Specify
FactoryTalk Directory Location.
2. You are prompted to log on to FactoryTalk. Type your name and password, and then
click OK.
3. In the FactoryTalk Directory Server Location Utility, click the Browse button.
4. In the FactoryTalk Directory Server Configuration dialog box, click Remote
computer, type the name of the Network Directory server, and then click OK.
To find and select the Network Directory server computer, click the Browse button.
To use the FactoryTalk Directory Server Location Utility, you must log on as a user with
administrative privileges at the Network Directory and in Windows, on the computer where
the utility is running.
To specify the
location of the
Network Directory
server, click the
Browse button.
