For example assigning a value of 1 to the following item:

PORT_PARITY, 2

selects Even parity for port B.

PORT_STOP_BITS, port_id

This item is used to read/write the number of stop bits used for the

specified communication port. The index port_id identifies the port

as follows:

1 – port A

2 – port B
