• Microsoft SQL Server (including SQL Server Reporting
Services (SSRS)).
• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
Report Expert administrators define the parameter sets and reports
accessible to Report Expert users.
They should be familiar with:
• The layout and content of the lines and plant for which the
reports will provide information.
• Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer.
• Microsoft SQL Server (including SQL Server Reporting
Services (SSRS)).
Report Expert users use the reports created by the administrator in
order to perform their job.
They should be familiar with:
• Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer.
