Connecting CompactLogix Controllers on Ethernet 8-17

CompactLogix Controller
Through Two Series A ENIs
The ladder program written for the CompactLogix controller can be
downloaded to the controller via the two ENI modules. A full-duplex
DF1 driver must be configured in RSLinx to initiate the download
through ENI #1.
1. Open RSLinx.
2. Open the configure drivers dialog box.
3. Select RS-232 DF1 devices. Click Add New.
