(1) A CONTAINER is a 32-bit block of data that contains the data type used by a parameter value. If signed, the value is sign extended. Padding is used in the CONTAINER
to ensure that it is always 32-bits.
(2) This value is used in the formulas used to convert the parameter value between display units and internal units. See Formulas for Converting
on page 153.
