Commissioning

Switching On

Before startup check whether the power supply, inputs, outputs, the

serial interface and the Pico-Link cable are properly connected:

• 24V dc version:

– Terminal +24V: +24V voltage

– Terminal 0V: 0V voltage

– Terminals I1 to I12, R1 to R12:

Actuation via +24V

• 230V ac version

– Terminal L: Phase conductor L

– Terminal N: Neutral conductor N

– Terminals R1 to R12:

Actuation via phase conductor L

If you have already integrated devices into a system, secure any parts

of the system connected to the working area to prevent access and

ensure that no-one can be injured if, for example, motors start up

unexpectedly.

Setting the Menu Language

When you switch on the Pico GFX-70 for the first time, you will be asked to

select the menu language.

1. Use the up and down arrow buttons to select the language

required.

– English

– German

– French

– Spanish

– Italian

– Portuguese

– Dutch

– Swedish

– Polish

– Turkish
