The G34 single pass variable lead thread grinding mode grinds straight,
tapered, face, and multi-start threads that do not have a constant thread
lead. It is programmed almost identically to the G33 thread grinding mode
with the addition of a K word used to program the amount of lead variation
per revolution.

The format for the G34 threading mode is:

X theend point ofthe threadgrinding move in theX-axis. This parametercan be an
incremental or absoluteandradiusor diametervalue. Ifnot presenttheremustbe a
Z parameter. Ifan X parameteris present,itindicateseithera face,tapered,or
lead-inthread. When used in a G34 block withouta Z parameter,a facingthread is
madeparallelto theX-axis at theZ-axispositionpriorto theG34 block. The initial
minordiameterofany straightor taperedthreadisdeterminedbythe positionofthe
X-axispriortothe G34 block.
Z theendpointof thethread grindingmovein the Z-axis. This parametercanbe an
incremental or absolutevalue. Ifnot presenttheremustbe an X parameter. When
usingaZ parameterinaG34 blockwithoutanXparameterthe threadingpass is
madeparallelto theZ-axisat whateverX positionthe grinding wheel edge was at
priorto the G34 block. Z parametersare alwaysentered as a radiusvalues
regardlessofthecurrentmode.
