PART PROGRAMNOT SELECTED An attempt was madetoexecutea program orchecka programbefore a programwas selected
for execution.
PART ROTAT ION F ORMAT ERROR In partrotationblocks (G68,G69),only plane changesandmodechanges including inch/metric
and absolute/incrementalare permitted. Anycommandsother thannormal motioncommands
and themotion G-codes(G00, G01, G02, and G03) arenotpermitted.
PASSWORD PROTECTED When assigningpassword protectablefeaturesto an accesslevel,an attemptwasmade to

PLUNGEMOTIONNOT ALLOWED The final plunge positionmustbe different fromthe startpointof the cycle. Thismessagecan
occurif theplungeaxisis notprogrammed in the entryblocktoG89 mode, orifthe plunge axis
incrementi s zero, or if thefinal plunge axisposition is thesameas the startpointof the cycle
blockduring G89 mode.
PLUNGEMOTIONNOT PROGRAMMED In yourpocketcycle you have eithernotprogrammed a finaldepth,or thefinal depth you have
programmedi s equal to the depthofthe cuttingtool atthestarting pointofthe cycle. The
location of the cutting tool when the pocket cycle is programmed mustbe at a diff erent depth
thanthefinal programmeddepthof the cycle.
PLUNGENOT ALLOWED Aplunge that will cutintothe pocket wall was requested in a G89 irregular pocket cycle.
PLUNGE STEPS MIS--PROGRAMMED The rough,medium,andfine-feed depths in the cycle b lock are notprogrammedcorrectly. This
ispossibleif thedatain the blockisincorrector if thedata in themodalvaluesof theparameter
notprogrammedintheblock areincorrect.
POCKET END NOT SAME AS ST ART A pocketend-pointthatis notthe sameasthe pocketstart-pointwas programmedin a G89
